⚠️ Please note that Aaple Cab does not operate as an aggregator platform. All bookings made on this website are service requests / inquiries and are confirmed manually based on vehicle availability.


2. Nature of Booking

  • All bookings made on this website are request-based.

  • Submission of a booking form does not guarantee immediate confirmation.

  • Final booking confirmation, fare, and vehicle allocation are communicated via phone call or WhatsApp.

  • Fare shown on the website is indicative / estimated and may vary based on route, traffic, waiting time, or local conditions.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before vehicle confirmation:
    ✔ Cancellation is allowed without any charge.

  • After vehicle confirmation but before dispatch:
    ✔ Cancellation may attract minimal administrative charges, if applicable.

  • After vehicle dispatch / arrival at pickup location:
    ❌ Cancellation may not be eligible for refund due to driver time, fuel, and operational costs.


3.2 Cancellation by Service Provider

Sarwar Sanjay Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of:

  • Vehicle unavailability

  • Driver emergency

  • Weather or road conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details

  • Safety or legal concerns

In such cases, any amount received will be refunded as per the refund policy.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Payment was made online via Razorpay

  • Booking was cancelled before service commencement

  • Cancellation request is approved by our team


4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Cash on Ride payments

  • No-show by customer

  • Incorrect pickup/drop details provided by customer

  • Cancellation after vehicle arrival

  • Partial usage of service


4.3 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies


5. Payment Mode Specific Policy

  • No advance payment collected

  • Refund policy does not apply

🔹 Online Payment (Razorpay)

  • Refunds applicable only after manual verification

  • Gateway charges (if any) may be deducted
