At Aaple Cab, we strive to provide a smooth booking and payment experience for all our customers. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all rides and services booked through online payments (via Razorpay).
✅ Refund Eligibility:
- If a ride is cancelled by Aaple Cab due to driver unavailability or operational issues, you will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
- If a customer cancels a ride before driver confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
- If a ride is cancelled after driver confirmation but before pickup, a cancellation fee (if applicable) may be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
- If a customer does not show up at the pickup point, the fare will not be refunded.
⏱️ Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method (Razorpay).
- In case of any delays, please contact your bank/payment provider.
🚫 Non-Refundable:
- Completed rides are non-refundable.
- Any disputes regarding fare must be reported immediately after the ride.
