1. Online Payment

All online payments made through our website (aaplecab.com) are processed via Razorpay, a secure and trusted third-party payment gateway.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets supported by Razorpay.
2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation SMS/email.

Aaple Cab reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 1 hour before ride time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 1 hour of ride time may be subject to partial or no refund.

Refunds will be processed through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Payment Disputes

If you face any issues with the transaction, please contact our support at [your support email/phone] within 24 hours.

All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian laws and Razorpay’s dispute resolution process.
5. Security

All payment data is encrypted and securely handled via Razorpay.
