At Aaple Cab Taxi Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds are handled for local rides booked and paid for through Razorpay on our platform.
1. Ride Cancellation & Refund
- Full Refund:
If you cancel the ride at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the fare amount. - Partial Refund:
If the driver has already reached the pickup location, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting driver conveyance charges. - No Refund:
- For cancellations after the ride has started.
- For wrong pickup/drop locations entered by the customer.
- If the customer is unavailable at the pickup point.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Failed Rides or Driver Unavailability
If the ride is canceled due to driver unavailability or technical issues from our side, a 100% refund will be initiated immediately.
4. No Cash Refunds
All refunds for online payments will be processed online only via Razorpay. No cash refunds will be provided.
